ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consulting Manager to build a high-performing team of pre-sales Solution Consultants and Architects in our IT workflow specialist team, which covers Strategic Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management, Security Operations, and Governance Risk & Compliance portfolio of products. Role

The Solution Consulting Manager is expected to maintain strong relationships with counterparts in Sales, Services, Support, Marketing, and other organisations to ensure alignment of organisational activities and directions. Job Specifications (Plant Manager- Plant Based Food Manufacturing)

· Provide expertise in equipment and production process of beverage manufacturing, including Can Filling and PET lines.

· Manage and execute production operations, processes and routines.

· Ascertain that all processes are carried out in accordance to the company's food safety policies and GMPs.

· Monitor, control and improve product quality, ensuring the products are produced within standard of quality, productivity and costs.

· Identify and resolve operational problems in a timely manner to prevent any mishandling and production delay.

· Initiates and implements process improvements and maintain production SOPs.

· Implement workplace safety and health, GMP and HACCP required for plant operation.

· Plan and organize manpower including recruit, train and onboard new employees and production workers.

· Oversee operations to ensure safety.

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Food/Beverage Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.

· Minimum 5 years' work experience in Food manufacturing environment.

· Established Leader; Has ability to motivate a team of operators, Technicians and Supervisors.

· Strong knowledge of implementing and maintaining high GMP/HACCP standards.

· Experience in implementing workplace Safety & Environmental regulations

To have at least 10 years of experience for System Furniture Installation, Flooring Marking.

Able to speak fluently in English & Chinese.

Manage and supervise on-site workers. Co-ordinate and work closely with the main-contractor.

Knowledge of on-site safety rules and requirements.

Assist the Project Director in preparation of paper work require by the main-contractor.

Willing to work overtime on Sundays and Public Holidays as and when required.

As the key driver of the outlet, he/she will be responsible for leading a team of full-time and part-time service crew and baristas to meet and/or exceed sales revenue, and to deliver a high level of product and service excellence in accordance with the company’s strategic plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations at the assigned outlet
• Oversee staffing at the outlet including hiring and rostering
• Ensure the consistency and quality of food and beverage products and compliance with SFA regulations at all times
