• Review the information and documents provided by customers during this process, ensure that all information and documents collected are good to satisfy regulatory requirements
• Work with the relationship management team in completing a risk assessment profile for each of these customers
• Work closely with the relationship management team on daily request handling
• Active stakeholder management – day-to-day work and resolutions of issues with Compliance, Operations, KYC teams, etc.
• Assist the team in completing ad hoc projects and provide support for urgent requests
• Preparation of data to track completion progress and MI reporting

Requirements

• University degree in Banking or Finance or any related major
• At least 2-3 years of experience in performing due diligence checks on corporate customers
• Proficiency in AML/CFT regulations and guidelines
• Sensitive to operational and financial crime risks
• Self-starter to take up ad-hoc tasks and projects, demonstrate management and leadership aptitude
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands
• Possess good Microsoft Office skills

Responsibilities

Requirements

• ‘A’ Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);

• Conduct application test of oil samples and make application samples for evaluation and submission to customers within a specific time frame.
• In charge of monitoring projects and ensure projects sun smoothly with the specified time frame
• Monitor the application test and ensure its stability.
• Observe the durability of the samples and report on abnormality.
• Assist in formulating new bases, policies and procedures.
• Preparation of application and samples for sensory testing by Perfumer, CFG’s.
• Maintain and track stock level of laboratory equipment and supplies such as glass bottles, raw materials, etc., for base formulation.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Systematic filing and maintenance of formulation and records.
• Regularly check and ensure raw materials are stored at correct temperature to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure that bio-hazardous materials are disposed safely.
• Perform standard laboratory tests in according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results.
• Maintain and ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment and workplace.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in fragrance application
• Min Degree in Science & Technology, Cosmetic and Perfumery, Chemistry or related discipline.
