Periodic Review Analyst is responsible for ensuring KYC (know your client) reviews are in line with regulatory standards.

Work includes:

• Reviewing existing clients along the following lines:

- Name screening

- Source of wealth (SoW) review

- Review of corporate structures and performance of beneficial ownership drilldown

- Assessment of money laundering, fraud, reputational risk and sanctions risk factors

• Working in partnership with other stakeholders e.g. Front Office and Anti Money Laundering colleagues to ensure files are completed in a timely manner with high quality.

Your skills and experience:

• Background in KYC or AML. Experience in SoW review is highly desired.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent oral & written communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for public services and application systems;
• Develop user stories, process maps, specifications, and acceptance criteria to improve workflows and processes;
• Review project deliverables (e.g., test plans, design specifications, reports) for accuracy and completeness;
• Oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and user training;
• Evaluate End of Support (EOS) upgrade proposals and provide technical recommendations;
• Support audits, monitor contractor compliance with policies, and ensure project governance;
• Provide maintenance and technical support for systems, including process automation and troubleshooting;
• Collaborate with external parties and ICT providers for system enhancements and maintenance;
• Ensure project deliverables meet compliance standards and address security, performance, and functionality impacts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred;
• Strong knowledge of application support, SDLC, and IT project implementation;
• Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, UI/UX design, and automated testing (e.g., Tricentis TOSCA);
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Java, Power Builder, Delphi, ASP.Net, and government projects;
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT System/Business Analyst or equivalent;
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Temporary Showroom Assistant to support the smooth operation of our showroom and related activities. The ideal candidate will manage multiple tasks effectively, ensure the showroom functions seamlessly, and provide support during special events.

• Manage the showroom to maintain a professional and welcoming environment, including stock checking and coordinating inbound/outbound shipment packing and unpacking.

Duties of Procurement/ Sourcing Specialist:

• Source for both Direct and Indirect Material, as well as Equipment categories.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly savings reports and pipeline data in the procurement portal.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and cost-saving projects.
• Collaborate with the Regional Category Team on strategy development.
