Responsibilities

]• Design, develop, prototype, and maintain backend APIs for generative AI, recommender system and other internal-facing applications.

What you will do:

The Business Process Analyst will be required to be experienced in use of process automation applications and skilled in constructing business data visualization and reporting platforms that drive innovation and growth for the global logistics and supply chain (GLSC) organization. The ideal candidate shall be proficient in use of robotic process automation (RPA) tools, passionate in analyzing business processes, workflows and procedures to identify inefficiencies, creating and implementing improvement strategies; possess good interpersonal skills including presentation, communication skills to articulate ideas and process changes effectively. How you will do it:

• Represent the GLSC business to evaluate working processes within enterprise systems and business data analytics platforms in consultation with business owners and technology teams and initiate projects for process improvements
• Lead the development of robotic process automations (RPA) and reporting dashboards, design and execution of UAT and post implementation maintenance plans and recommend business solutions where relevant to ensure deliverables are achieved according to business requirements
• Conducts maintenance and routine checks of business data in enterprise systems and business data analytics platforms and deploy best practices for efficient handling processing, and cleansing of databases

What we look for:

• A good degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Proven relevant working experience in process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Power Automate etc.; experience in other similar RPA tools will be considered
• Practical experiences in construction of business dashboards using basic visualization tools; experience with Power BI is preferred.
• Data domain experience in supply chain planning or supply chain order fulfilment is preferred; preferably with prior experience as a Business/Data Analyst.
• Practical experiences in projects with both business and technical team stakeholders in MNC environment.
• Demonstration of strong ability in applying techniques to analyse data, leading to business-relevant conclusions and present data insights for business decisions.
