Responsibilities:

• Perform cost estimate for the assigned discipline, in accordance with the tender contract requirement, specifications and timeline.
• Prepare material take off and equipment specifications / datasheets independently.

Role Overview

As a Centre Development & Communication Specialist (Robotics Education), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Jurong East Centre, while occasionally supporting the Punggol branch. This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist both students and parents, providing exceptional service in a dynamic, technology-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries from students and parents in person, via phone, or email.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for the center.

• Occasionally travel to other locations for meetings or to cover absent staff.

What you'll be doing:

• Take ownership of customer queries received via phone, email, live chat, and in-person through to resolution in line with policies/procedures, KPI, and Customer First training best practices. • Respond to customer queries via the daily retention queue in a timely and professional manner, providing price quotes, lapsed lists, and denial data to prevent lost revenue.

Your key tasks

• Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life cycle of Avaloq solutions for key clients and supporting the definition of a test factory.
