As a member of the Test Management team, you will be part of a dynamic team to provide global test services. The team is responsible for organizing all the test activities needed to bring into production new releases of the Avaloq products and migrate new Avaloq clients into our platform.
Your key tasks
- Responsible for all test activities throughout testing life cycle of Avaloq solutions for key clients and supporting the definition of a test factory.
- Client facing role requiring excellent presentation and communication skills and ability to manage stress levels in demanding project contexts.
- Contributing to lead the project-based test team, providing hands on Test Execution activities, and enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices.
- Collaborating in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan
- Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager
- Work closely with project manager, development teams and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues.
- Provide effort estimations and track the test effort to ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor and control testing activities against planned budget and quality gates.
- Report progress to management and clients.
- Design, update, and execute functional and business test scenarios and test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring their reusability.
- Manage test environments (baseline definition and maintenance, assessment on environment readiness)
- Manage tools for testing, tracking defects, statistics and requirements coverage reporting.
- Document and evaluate the result of the testing, investigate testing deficiencies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Test Management processes and procedures.
