Qualifications:

Requirement

2. Minimum 1 year Customer Service Experience in technical or non-technical call center environment.

- The 1st Level Remote Support is required to provide 1st point of contact for clients and provide excellent customer service to address their inquiries, concerns, or complaints.


SECTION B: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS
1. Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers or clients.
2. Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.
3. Listening attentively to customers and understanding their needs to provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
4. Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level
5. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Ensuring accurate and complete documentation of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
7. Keeping up to date with product knowledge, policies, and processes to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

This is an 8-month contract role based in Singapore.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement during the APAC time zone. Key metrics include SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates;
• Proactively deliver insights from data and trends seen in the queues, and suggest improvements;
• Specifically, the scope of work includes:

1. Content review:Responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted reports of intellectual property infringement on the social media Family of Apps. This may involve assessing the validity of the report, determining whether the content violates social media policies or applicable laws, and taking appropriate action such as removing the content or disabling the account.
2. Correspondence management: Manage correspondence with users who have submitted reports of intellectual property infringement, as well as with rights holders and their legal representatives. This may involve providing updates on the status of reports, requesting additional information, and communicating decisions regarding content removal or account disablement.
3. Data entry and record keeping: Responsible for accurately entering data into the systems and maintaining detailed records of all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement. This may involve using specialized software or tools to track and manage reports, as well as generating reports and analytics as needed.
4. Policy and legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property, as well as the social media's internal policies and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement are compliant with these requirements.
5. Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge in the area of intellectual property operations. This may involve attending workshops, webinars, or other training sessions, as well as completing online courses or certifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree and/or masters or equivalent experience;
• 1+ years of professional experience, preferably with a background in trust & safety / risk management operations (previous legal or Intellectual property experience preferred);
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills;
