1. Talent Development Programs may include Organisation-Wide Mandatory Training, Leadership Development Program, New Hires Orientation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, Career Development, Career Pathing, and other strategic projects.

• 3 years of relevant experience in planning, designing, implementing and/or evaluating learning programs and initiatives.
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Possess a positive attitude and demonstrates self-leadership, data-fluency, adaptability, and resilience especially under challenging circumstances.
• Strong understanding in Learning & Development concepts, frameworks and activities
• Experienced with Learning System/Platform Management (added advantage)
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong facilitaton and communication skills for standup delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects and activities to meet competing deadlines.
• Proactive in creating and searching for new and innovative approaches to activities that enhance performance.
