Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update product content on the SK Magic Singapore website and various social media platforms and online storefronts on various marketplaces
• Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online sales such as implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings

Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming reports of alleged legal rights infringement during the APAC timezone. Key metrics include SLAs, quality, accuracy, and escalation rates;
• Proactively deliver insights from data and trends seen in the queues, and suggest improvements;
• Specifically, the scope of work includes:
• Content review: Responsible for reviewing and analyzing user-submitted reports of intellectual property infringement. This may involve assessing the validity of the report, determining whether the content violates policies or applicable laws, and taking appropriate action such as removing the content or disabling the account.
• Correspondence management: Manage correspondence with users who have submitted reports of intellectual property infringement, as well as with rights holders and their legal representatives. This may involve providing updates on the status of reports, requesting additional information, and communicating decisions regarding content removal or account disablement.
• Data entry and record keeping: Responsible for accurately entering data into systems and maintaining detailed records of all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement. This may involve using specialized software or tools to track and manage reports, as well as generating reports and analytics as needed.
• Policy and legal compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations related to intellectual property, as well as internal policies and guidelines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all actions taken in relation to reports of intellectual property infringement are compliant with these requirements.
• Training and development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve their skills and knowledge in the area of intellectual property operations. This may involve attending workshops, webinars, or other training sessions, as well as completing online courses or certifications.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

· Collaborating with preschool principals and the marketing team to plan events such as parental talks, open houses, family days, and other marketing campaigns.

Job Description:

• Provide feedback to the review of the regional and local technical interpretation of the standards;
• Review the business requirements according to the technical decisions for requirement of the standards;
• Provide actuarial support and feedback to solution design team and IT to improve the end-to-end ETL tools for better efficiency and analysis;
• Support the implementation of the changes to the end-to-end ETL tools, including development of data, model and IFRS17 reports;
• Participate in UAT for ETL tools, source system changes and sub-ledger system, including business validation of the IFRS17 reports;
• Ensure the end-to-end reporting process and control for Actuarial, including data preparation (set up of Prophet model, model points and assumptions) in an auditable manner for IFR17 reporting;
• Participate in the Business Planning process for IFRS17 financials;
• Collaborate with other local and regional teams in IFRS17 reporting;
• Analyse and explain IFRS17 results and support business initiative for result improvement;
• Perform reconciliation between IFRS17 basis and other reporting basis ;
• Support the audit on IFRS17 reporting ;
• Provide actuarial support to the Finance division initiative on reporting process re-engineering
