We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Dashboard Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for 1-3 months. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in data management and dashboard creation, playing a crucial role in supporting our data analysis and reporting efforts.

Responsibilities:

· Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.

· Create and maintain dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other data visualization tools.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements.

· Ensure data integrity and consistency across various platforms.

· Assist in the development and implementation of data management processes.

· Conduct data quality checks and troubleshoot data discrepancies.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. (Polytechnic graduates with relevant internships or stints in the semiconductor industry are also welcome.)

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Lists, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Pivot Tables.

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
