We’re looking for a high energy customer success lead that will take up a key role in managing customers’ accounts and ensuring their success – from the on-boarding process throughout implementation and providing strategic consultation to help them achieve their food waste reduction goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-boarding processes for new customers from pre-onboarding to training and implementation while maintaining a constant feedback loop with them at each step of the way
• Ensure successful adoption of our solution by the key stakeholders through active partnership and constant feedback
• Actively engage with key stakeholders to analyse data collected and craft steps to help them achieve food waste reduction and savings through weekly check-ins, monthly and quarterly review sessions
• Be the first line of contact for all potential issues customers may face with our hardware devices and work together with the hardware team to seek resolution
• Stay in close touch with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ideas on how our solution can be improved
• Maintain a pipeline of customers due for renewal and engage them with yearly reviews to identify potential renewal risks.

Criteria

• At least 2 years of experience in front-facing client roles
• Excellent communicator and problem solver who can work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver accurate results
• Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues. Must be flexible to changes.
• Proficient in office suite software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and/or other equivalents (Google Suite / Pages / Keynote / Numbers)
• Able to communicate effectively in English is a must.
• Detailed oriented with a strong sense of job ownership.
• Highly responsible, client-focused.
• Organised, initiative and able to generate creative ideas to achieve required goals.

Key Areas of Responsibilities: -

1. Product management and marketing of Guitar products.
2. Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans and activities to achieve the company’s sales and marketing objectives.
3. Support the various sales channels in achieving their respective sales budget.
4. Data collection and analysis on market and competitor trends.
5. Conduct monthly sales forecast and sales reporting.
6. Work with artistes/influencers/external partners to create branding awareness for Yamaha products.
7. Liaise closely with suppliers on stock requisitions and inventory management of non-Yamaha products.
8. Render any form of support to the team as and when assigned or required.

Requirements: -

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields of study.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing and/or product management.
3. Possesses an aptitude in numeracy and data analysis, and the ability to display good business acumen.
4. Knowledge and interest in musical instruments, particularly in Guitars, will be an added advantage.
5. Prior events management experience will be advantageous.
6. A team player which possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

1. Job Purpose

Reports to BME Engineers in the commissioning of medical equipment, breakdown services, planned preventive maintenance, decommissioning, and disposal of hospital medical equipment.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

1. Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)
   
2. Provide technical support to all hospital personnel in the commissioning, operation, maintenance and de-commissioning of medical equipment.
   
3. Supervise the specialist vendors and appointed contractors on medical equipment maintenance works to ensure quality of works and compliance to required standards.
   
4. Update and collect feedback from users regularly on the maintenance, performance, reliability and quality of medical equipment.
   
5. Check, analyse and investigate faults / complaints / hazards on medical equipment and assist BME engineers in mapping out and implementation of required action plans.
   
6. Ensure quality of works conform to standards and practices that the hospital subscribes to, including other quality initiatives driven by hospital and department.
   
7. Manage stock and spares for front line technical support and assist stock supervisor in documentations.
   
8. Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)
   
9. Assist BME Engineer in coordinating services for medical equipment projects with vendors, contractors and appointed project consultants.
   
10. Perform any other duties as assigned by BME engineers.

3. Job Specification/Requirements

3.1 Qualification: Diploma preferably in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering OR Vocational Training Certificate in Electronics / Electromechanical / Mechatronics Engineering with practical experience of at least 5 years.
