· Support Operator / Marne Superintendent in maintaining / updating HSSEQ management system

· Arranging and monitoring the progress of vessel vetting inspections from initial request to final close out and approval, including communications to the vessel, oil majors, vessel agents and relevant internal departments

· Attend Marine Department meetings, record minutes and distribute as required.

· Assist with updating, checking and maintaining the OCIMF Vessel Particulars Questionnaires (VPQ), updating internal records, customer and other Marine databases (SIRE, Q88, SIS3, CDI) as appropriate.

· In any dispute against counterparty such as cargo damage or shortage, lay-time, underperformance and so on, to communicate for settlement based on charter party

· Clerical work such as filing shipping documents, entering voyage data into business applications.

· Coordination with Master / Charterers regarding unplanned stoppages / repairs. Including follow up for OFF/ON Hire reports and instructions to master’s regarding Vessel side reports (to external parties) (Under guidance from Technical Supt)

· Monitor and support all vessels on operational issues (Loading / discharging / tank cleaning / grade change) (Under guidance from Marine Supt)

· Assist with post fixture activities as required (Cargo documentation (BL’s / LOI’s, Cargo quantity issues, Additional Insurance requirements (AWRP / KnR) (Under guidance from Marine Supt as required)

· Bunker ROB / Requirements of the vessel. Including notification to charterers (if required) and Intake quantity + segregation onboard. (Under guidance from Tech Supt and advise from Master as required)

· Agency appointment (as required) on owners’ behalf.

· To monitor the speed & consumption of all vessels to comply with respective Charter party requirements.

· Collect Customer Feedback.

Job scope :

• Strategize, execute, coordinate, and oversee crew changes for designated vessels.

• Maintain communication with local and international agents regarding crew changes and related matters.

The Regulatory Affairs (RA) Specialist contributes to all regulatory functions for Moleac products such as obtaining marketing authorisations and product life-cycle management for the global market, and assigned projects.

The candidate demonstrates consistent and excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with ability to thinking critically, problem-solve and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review registration/ variations dossiers for submission to regulatory authorities, ensuring scientific rigour, consistency and accuracy of product information, alongside good documentation practice
• Coordinate with partners and regulatory consultants abroad to support overseas registration, in accordance to company strategy and timeline
• Collaborate with stakeholders and contribute actively to all aspects of product life cycle management, ensuring compliance to applicable regulatory and quality requirements and continuity in commercialisation
• Maintain and build on existing database of applicable health product regulations, standards, and guidance documents, interpreting emerging regulations and developments to assess impact on products
• Review promotional material developed for commercial activities to ensure compliance to applicable regulatory guidelines
• Participate in local and overseas regulatory inspections and internal audits when applicable
• Develop and maintain effective relations with local authorities and industry associations Provide regulatory inputs and support to clinical trials and ethics committee submission
• Assist in GDP and relevant quality assurance matters

1. Degree in life sciences, with min. 1 – 5 years of relevant work experience
2. Knowledge in international regulatory guidelines such as ICH, ASEAN, USFDA, EU etc. Regulatory experience with food supplement/ herbal medicine in Europe, North America or Asia Pacific would be advantageous.
3. Good understanding in GMP, GDP and relevant quality management systems desirable
