Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
• Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
• Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
• Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
• Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
• Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
• Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
• Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
• Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated with MOM employment rules and ensure compliance.
• Attend required courses and share MOM updates with the company.
• Collaborate with agencies to find and recruit good candidates.
• Conduct interviews and select suitable candidates for the company.
• Maintain staff leave records and handle office administrative tasks.
• Manage office purchases, such as stationery and pantry supplies.
• Ensure office cleanliness is maintained.
• Source reliable vendors and manage company assets if needed, including membership renewals, vehicle VPC, road tax, and insurance.
