Accounts Receivables

• Handle full functions of AR in Finance Department
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to prompt accurate and timely billing

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB PURPOSE: (Role Summary)

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, manage and maintain spare parts inventory level for Service Division. Raise Purchase Request for inventory
• Create I Update parts catalogue
• Maintain running sequence for new Sales Code
• Provide cost details of parts when customer's Schedule of Rates need review Liaise with regional on Trading Sales arrangement
• Liaise with FJ on Parts/Price enquiries for various SCV Departments
• Participate as in-house Auditor/Auditee for various~ (ISO 9001/14001) Any other duties from time to time
• Any other ad-hoc matters/issues assign by Superior/Manager

Requirements

We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Corporate Secretary Intern to help quickly grow our business in Singapore! Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Corporate Secretary Manager and will be responsible for the following corporate secretarial work that includes but is not limited to:

• Coordination of collection of files upon the completion of new transfer-in Companies.
• Maintaining and updating the storage inventory list and common seal inventory list.
• Coordination with the third party off-site storage provider.
• Monitoring and processing the Annual Return preview request between internal teams.
• Preparation and processing of all churn requested Companies.
• Assisting the Corporate Secretarial team with ACRA filings when required.
• Ability to manage voluminous workload without compromising on quality.
• Contributing proactively and assisting our technology development team in the further development of our company secretarial and governance software.
• Coordinating and transferring of files to the client's new provider.
• Special tasks and projects assigned from time to time.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by the manager eg, scanning of documents.

• Tertiary Education or Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
• Customer-centric, with a passion for customer excellence.
• Willing to be hands-on as and when required.
• Detailed-oriented while being efficient.
• Possessing a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
