Key Responsibilities:

-Formulate internal and external communications strategies, develop relevant communications materials including press releases, presentations, websites and corporate collaterals, and manage both traditional and digital communication channels.

-Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, strategic partners, investment community and the media.

-Brand guardian to promote the Company’s image and support local and regional teams in communications, marketing events and project launches.

-Plan, organize and execute large-scale corporate events, and drive corporate-level corporate social responsibility engagements and campaigns

-Assist in special projects when required

Key Requirements:

-Degree holder, preferably in Mass Communications/Literary Arts/ New Media/Marketing or equivalent

-At least 6 years of relevant working experience

-Exceptional communication, writing, copywriting and editing skills with strong critical thinking skills

-Strong command of English language

-Ability to do translation work (English/Chinese vice versa) would be an added advantage

-Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (photo and video editing skills are an asset)

-Outstanding event organization and planning skills

-Good artistic flair and familiar with executing Corporate Identity, Advertisements and Corporate Collaterals

About the Company

The client is a leading public healthcare organization with a robust legal and corporate governance team. This is a newly created corporate secretary role to work alongside the legal team to handling Board management work.

Responsibilities

You will play an active role providing support to the Board and Management Committees. There will also be matters related to drafting of Board Resolutions and Board Meeting minutes.

This person has to be comfortable with general workload and multiple deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize accordingly.

Requirements

You ideally possess at least 4 years of corp sec experience gained either in-house or from service provider. ICSA is not compulsory. Demonstrated working knowledge handling Board Meetings will be advantageous. If you have corp sec experience working in the public sector, that would also be helpful.

Job scope:

• Assisting with the administration of legal structures including trust, companies, foundations and other similar structures.
• Ensuring the adherence of these structures to the fiduciary, statutory, regulatory, and internal obligations that they are subject to.
• Drafting of appropriate documents and other work to assist a team of administrators of administrating the legal structures and responding (or proactively engaging) with client requests.
• Assisting with contact with client, advisors and related third parties (for example external lawyers, tax consultants etc.).
• Assisting an accounts team with the preparation of annual accounts for the legal structures, by assisting qualified bookkeepers and accountants to ensure correct information is provided to them and recorded.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures and learning and adhering to AML/CFT and other regulator regulations and obligations.
