Your Next Role
As a HR cum Admin Executive at Maneuver Marketing under the People Team, you will be entrusted with diverse responsibilities, including overseeing facilities, facilitating staff communications and hybrid events, and supporting essential People Operations.

What You’ll do
People Operations
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure day one is perfect. This will include working with the Tech team to set up various SaaS accesses, facilitate Work Pass applications, set up a digital P-file, receive new hires on their first day, and conduct orientation.
- Administrative support for People operation functions such as maintenance & updating of accurate records on HRMS (Payboy)
- Handle queries from both staff and managers about People policies, benefits and processes.
- Facilitate the review and development of existing policies and procedures to reflect the needs of a growing and dynamic organization.
- Ensure compliance and consistent HR policies and practices aligned with business needs and legislative labour requirements.
- Spearhead creative staff engagement initiatives to cater to on-site and remote staff, including company dinners, off-site/virtual team bonding, town halls, and celebratory events.
- Support annual exercises such as employee climate surveys, staff planning/cost budget, OKR planning and performance management exercises.
- Support staff relations issues and investigations when needed.
- Support talent development initiatives to develop new mindsets & capabilities to meet business growth and transformation plans.
- May need to coordinate business travel arrangements when needed.
Workplace Management
- Ensure workspaces (office, meeting rooms, pantries, etc.) are stocked and maintained.
- Maintain & regularly update office and support procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers such as property management, cleaning and facilities vendors for office services and supplies.
- Facilitate internal communications on facility matters that will impact staff’s work experience.
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
- Constantly look for areas and initiatives that can elevate workplace experience and improve staff’s productivity,
How You’ll Succeed
Maneuver is an OKRs, KPIs & data-driven company, we are not Mad Men (Well, not all), but Math Men. As a result, a number of metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:
- Response times to maintenance and office supplies issues, adherence to budgetary limits for office/event expenditures and staff queries.
- Track the number, attendance, and employee feedback for office events or celebrations, ensuring these events align with team culture and boost morale.
- Effectiveness of engagement activities through participation rates, survey feedback, and changes in employee satisfaction or engagement scores over time.
What You Bring
- 2 to 3 years experience in People Operations and Workplace Management or similar in a fast-paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or HR Management will be an advantage.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise effectively and streamline processes. Strong knowledge of time management principles (Gantt Charts) & SaaS highly preferred (Asana, Monday, etc…)
- Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g. Management, onsite and remote staff) and external stakeholders (e.g. clients and vendors)
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and other office management tools such as Notion and Slack, enabling you to work seamlessly with digital records, databases, and communication critical to workplace operations.
- Proven ability to support remote employees across multiple continents & various timezones, to ensure they can experience a consistent company culture.
- Familiarity with basic HR processes (e.g. staff record management, leave and appraisal process management), HR software and compliance to support operations
- Ability to handle sensitive People's information with the utmost discretion, ensuring a secure and professional environment.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills equip you to address challenges efficiently, adapt to changes, and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
