• Assist and support the development and implement of ENGIE policies and procedures
• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring costing, billing, invoices are submitted on timely manner.
• Prepare and manage employee expenses claim, timesheet and attendance report.
• Ensure operations team complies with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
• Assist to manage operations team resources, including supplies and equipment coordination for site work.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of staff information.
• Problem Solving: Address any operational issues that arise and implement solutions.
• Reporting: Prepare reports for operations needs and present them to senior management.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma holder and above.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Prior experience in construction, healthcare administration or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of Singapore code of Practice and regulations will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage authorities submission and report.

7. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points for follow-up.
8. Assist with resource allocation and manage project budgets effectively.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.
10. Source suppliers online for goods required for repair and replacement work on site.
11. Prepare quotations, send them to clients, and follow up on purchase orders.
12. Collaborate with existing suppliers to learn about their products and services.
13. Order parts and materials from suppliers as needed.
14. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve knowledge and skills

16. Some background in engineering or related field preferably
17. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
