Responsibilities:

What Will You Do?

Form part of the Product Office with Product Owner and Product Manager to manage the entire product development cycle, from conceptualization, to getting buy-in with internal and external stakeholders, till delivering the product to end users
• Work closely with Product Owner, Product Manager and Development Team on project schedule, issues and escalation
• Plan for and justify project IT resource allocation, including securing approval; monitor and track project resource usage
• Work with Product Owner and Product Manager to craft and refine user stories by providing technical analysis; and building the Product Backlog with prioritization

Job Purpose:

Seeking an experienced SAP Manager to oversee our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, currently running on SAP. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the existing system, evaluating alternative ERP solutions, and, if necessary, planning and executing an upgrade. • Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operational support to users of the ERP system. This includes managing the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, addressing daily operational issues and requests, and offering technical advice to resolve system and operational problems.
