JOB SUMMARY

You will oversee the production and publication of the company’s award-winning annual Sustainability Report and all other public ESG disclosures; present the company’s ESG performance and field queries from investors and other financial stakeholders. • A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience;
• Familiarity with (a) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work, (b) Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Design and Build, and (c) the Standard Conditions of Nominated Sub-Contract, will be an advantage
• Able to demonstrate strong project management, decision making and leadership skills;
• Good communication, written and presentation skills;
• Team player who is analytical, resourceful and results-oriented;
• Good attitude and self-motivated;
• Willing to be stationed at site; and
• Site supervisory staff with relevant experience may also be considered.

• Poses a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License is preferred.
• Develop a strong understanding of products (fruits, vegetables, and dried goods).
• Work closely with the operations team to improve productivity and efficiency for receiving and packing.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and fulfilment teams to ensure on-time deliveries and seamless operations.
• Proficiency in warehouse operations and product knowledge.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.

What you'll do

As a Development Manager for Artificial Intelligence team, you will lead teams to build AI assets (services, components, content). You will create compelling product visions and lead teams to execute on this vision. As a leader you will represent the work of your teams towards internal and external stakeholders. You will work together with the development leads, data scientists, product owners, product managers and development operations colleagues in your team and other teams to create value for our customers from the first idea to a successful market entry, adoption and beyond.

• Product Delivery - Define product plans and execute against a committed delivery timeline; Manage the day-to-day activities of the development team
• Product Ownership - Ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, designing, leading implementation, and testing of new features, ensure adoption by stakeholders within a fast-paced, agile environment
• Product Support - Manage customer expectations via product support ensuring high standards in incident processing, quality of interactions and fixes that are delivered
• Development Expertise - Provide functional, architectural and data science guidance to the team
• Technical Hands-On - Maintain a hands-on approach to deliver highly available and scalable AI Assets
• People Management - Management of people including active engagement, staffing, talent management, career aspirations, mentoring and enhancing skills of team members to maintain a best-in-class Artificial Intelligence development team
• Location Leadership – Actively contribute and drive various leadership initiatives for the location e.g. cross unit collaboration, training plan execution, general administration, hiring & internship management, budget planning and adherence etc.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software product development, ideally with the focus on Artificial Intelligence
• Have a proven track record of building a culture of design excellence that develop high-impact products
• Experience implementing well-run, agile processes in multiple functions: Development, QA, Release
• Ability to communicate vision and strategy effectively to the team, partners, and clients
• Experience managing dependencies on other teams within a larger organization
• Technical knowledge required to command the respect of high-octane engineering team
• Strong advocate for Agile development processes
• Ability to deliver with highest quality under extreme pressure, while juggling multiple tasks and in complex environments
• Strong organizational skills
• Be comfortable with leading change
• Intellectually rigorous and creative problem-solving ability
• Required technology exposure & experience: (i) SaaS delivery based on microservices architecture (ii) Container technologies like Docker/ Kubernetes (iii) Cloud integration and deployment on AWS, Google or Azure (iv) Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C++, C# (v) Theoretical exposure to Machine Learning & Deep Learning based approaches. Hands-on exposure is nice to have.
