Responsibilities

• Monitoring restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety standards and industry regulations
• Training staff on appropriate customer service techniques for different scenarios, such as handling complaints about food or service quality

Proven experience in both strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational HR functions.

Strong understanding of regional HR practices, with experience in Singapore, China and India being highly beneficial.

Skills

To work with the Director, Student Recruitment and Admissions, for the planning and managing of the University’s student recruitment strategies, operational plans for marketing, outreach and promotional events, competitor analysis and budget management.
