We are seeking an Investment Analyst / Manager, this role will involve conducting market research, identifying investment opportunities, and supporting the team in evaluating and managing investments in high-growth startups and emerging companies in gaming, and adjacent tech sectors. The ideal candidate is passionate about gaming, has strong financial acumen, and enjoys staying ahead of industry trends.

1. Market and Investment Research: Conduct detailed research and analysis of market trends in the gaming industry, with a focus on mobile gaming and the Indonesian market. Identify potential investment opportunities and partnerships that align with the company’s growth strategy, particularly within Indonesia.
2. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess the profitability and risks of potential investments, including cost-benefit analysis for new game development or acquisition opportunities, especially in emerging markets like Indonesia.
3. Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence on prospective investments, including competitor analysis, market landscape assessments, and evaluation of company financials.
4. Strategic Partnerships: Support the development of partnerships with industry stakeholders, including game studios, publishers, and distribution platforms, to maximize value from existing and new investments.
5. Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the performance of investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide regular updates on financial performance and projections, particularly for investments in the Indonesian and broader Southeast Asian markets
6. Strategic Recommendations: Provide clear and actionable recommendations to senior management based on financial insights, P&L analysis, and investment forecasts. Prepare presentation materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with investments and gaming projects, proposing strategies to enhance returns and minimize losses.
8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment of investment strategies with broader business goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5 years & above of experience in investment analysis, venture capital, or strategic finance, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
3. Deep understanding of the Indonesian market, with proven track record of successful investments or strategic partnerships within Indonesia and/or Southeast Asia, with insights into local gaming trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
4. Strong understanding of financial modeling, P&L management, and forecasting.
5. Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key insights for strategic decision-making.
6. Familiarity with the gaming industry, including mobile platforms, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
7. Excellent communication skills, with experience in preparing detailed reports and presenting to senior management teams.
8. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and/or Mandarin would be a plus for communication across international teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and providing technical support solutions on the project

2. Working closely with Contracts and QS team in analyzing and evaluating sub‐contractors planning and reporting submission.

3. Preparing slide presentations prior to design submissions.

4. Preparing manpower and machinery schedule.

5. Project plan scheduling with relevant software to meet the milestone as specified by the client.

6. Preparing the write‐up / method statement on construction sequence and other requirements as stated in the contract

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years' working experience on large scale constrctuion project with a main contractor in a technical capacity such as engineering, project management, planning, etc.

2. At lease 3 years's working experience in design coordination of multi‐disciplinary infracstrucure project, involving civil and structural, geotechnical, electrical and mechanical, process, etc.

3. Good command of English.

The role will report to the Team Lead to develop and implement partnership strategies to promote SkillsFuture/Lifeong Learning Institute (LLI) messages and initiatives; with the aim of driving individuals to take learning actions and enterprises to upskill their workforce. You will also be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships to create a vibrant campus and learning community.

The primary responsibilities include the following:

· Conceptualise and drive strategies to develop new partnerships and leverage existing partnership network to promote SkillsFuture/LLI messages and initiatives to targeted segments and general populace. This includes planning, conceptualising and managing initiatives, programmes and content.

· Collaborate with partners to conceptualise and drive learning events and activities to targeted segments and general populace; with aim of promoting SkillsFuture/LLI messages and initiatives; and to drive the take-up rate of SkillsFuture/LLI programmes and initiatives

· Collaborate with other LLI teams and SSG stakeholders to capitalize and synergise on their efforts towards promoting SkillsFuture movement.

· Support the Outreach and Events team in the development of effective marketing and outreach strategies to support the efforts of partner engagements and events.

· Any other responsibilities deemed important to support the overall efforts to promote SkillsFuture/LLI programmes and lifelong learning.

Requirements

· Tertiary qualifications

· Preferably with at least 7 years of relevant work experience in the public sector or similar with some experience in areas such as partnership engagement, business development, planning and project management.

· Strong business writing, public speaking and presentation skills

· Able to adapt well to thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment

· Possess analytical and strategic thinking skills to devise practical solutions to tackle work issues

· Possess project and resource management skills to handle concurrent work assignments, and deliver high quality-work within tight deadlines

· Have excellent communication, inter-personal and networking skills

· Able to collaborate and work well in a team

· Proactive and driven

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
