Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for all finance and accounting functions including cash forecasting, cash management, operational budgeting, accounting, auditing and financial reporting
• Responsible for timely monthly, quarterly, budget, forecast analysis and management report presentation
• Managing statutory financial accounts; P&L review, Balance sheet review and intercompany reconciliation, identifying and following up on areas of concern within the reconciliation.
• Preparing costing and pricing set up
• Work closely with Business Unit Managers/MD to drive performance through: -
• Monthly management P&L reviews and analysis
• Market segmentation and competitor analysis
• Cost management initiatives
• Liaising with corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist with legal matters and liaising with governmental bodies
• Liaise with external auditor and handle corporate taxation matters
• Implementing accounting policies and internal control procedures and ensuring compliance
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tight submission deadlines
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the management

Requirement

• Degree in Accounting, Finance. ACCA/CA/CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience preferably in Food & Beverage, Food Manufacturing, Equipment or commercial environment
• Well versed in FRS, tax regulations, laws and any compliance requirements
• Knowledge of accounting software MYOB is a plus
• Strong analytical skills is a must and able to work independently

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to Operation Manager
• Overall responsible and in charge of the branch’s smooth operations. This includes achieving daily branch sales target, meeting all staff (including SM, therapists and CSOs) monthly target, managing of staff’s leave applications approve staff’s OT, staff’s punctuality, staff’s appraisal, planning and updating on roster, update staff on all current promotions, making cold-calls to customers, handling customer’s complaint, staff’s grievances, branch’s cleanliness and etc
• To motivate staff in building team work, ensure good communication among staff and foster a positive working environment
• To establish good relationship and provide excellent service to customers
• Sharing of knowledge to staff, perform staff training and coaching on effective practices regularly in relation to daily operations matter, sales pitch on products and treatments, customer service and etc;
• Empower staff to accomplish task and achieve desired goal
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and other matters as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Min. 8 years' experience in the beauty wellness industry with proven track record in sales target

Job Description:

• Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestone.

• Manage construction activities, ensuring timely and smooth progress of the operations.

• Responsible for implementing the work plan and attending project meetings

• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.

• Producing site progress report to management.

• Monitor and ensure subcontractors comply with specified requirements.

• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory/ regulatory requirements related to project.

• Coordination and sequencing of works of different subcontractors.

• Identify possible risks to project and stakeholders as well as create contingency plans to mitigate these risks.

• Respond swiftly to work delays, emergencies and other problems.

• Clear communication to external parties including client, subcontractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.

• At least 15 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferrable 15 years of project management experience in the high rise projects and mixed development in building projects

• Required Skill(s): leadership, technical, planning, coordination, multi-task

• Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Organising and managing project teams, including hiring contractors as needed to complete specific tasks
• Ensuring that all costs are within budget and working with team members to identify opoortunities for cost savings
• Communicating with clients throughout the project to ensure they are satisfied with progress and updates
• Developing and implementing project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and that tasks are completed on time
• Evaluating project risks and making recommendations for mitigation of identified risks
• Providing regular progres reports to clients on the status of projects
• Managing the day-to-day operations of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Communicating with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and othe rparties involved in the projects
