The Job

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide End-User Support

• Provide day-to-day IT support to AHL employees, software application troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of workstation and other AHL IT equipment such as desktop computers, printers, scanners, or handheld devices etc.

3. Supporting role in Data and Cyber Security Management

• Support IT Manager in day-to-day management of safety and integrity of organisational data, including client information and internal information. This includes maintaining, backing up and securing servers, databases, IT infrastructure and restoring of files as needed.
• Maintain network, systems, and data security, especially in the area of Cybersecurity.

Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST), serves as a community outreach for people with or at risk of mental health conditions including dementia and their caregivers. CREST conducts outreach events/activities to promote and increase mental health awareness as well as targeted case finding to identify those with mental health needs.

The Programme Executive (CREST) is a support role who provides the daily administrative and operational support to the team, for the purpose of CREST service development and implementation. The candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as he/she will work closely with academics, students, and other administrative executives.
