ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and disseminate reports.
• Collate and submit monthly online sales & marketing accruals and expenses.
• Assist and support sales teams on new accounts opening procedure and Pricing update
• Sales Order Processing and Delivery
• Customer A&P tracking and claims
• Set up a contract management system to store and track the renewal of contracts
• Assist Technical department personnel on monthly equipment reports to headquarters and update equipment inventory
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Possess at least a Diploma
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Meticulous, responsible and team player

Work Scope:

1. Apply and cancel Work Permit for Foreign Worker

2. Arrange and process Foreign Worker to come Singapore and left Singapore

3. Handle and process Dormitory matters

4.Handle Worker Training and related Matters

5.Update worker time card and calculate Worker Working hours

6.Update and maintain Worker individul folder (permit copy,passport copy,training certificate copy etc,)

7.Update and maintain worker master excel list

8.Handle Worker medical matters and accident matters

9.Handle Renewal related matters (Renew permit ,passport ,training etc,

10. Contact with Site manager to Arrange worker attend Site training matters.

Working Time: Monday -Friday 9:00am-6:00pm ;Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm

About The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services to potential clients, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Own the full sales funnel from first contact until closure
