• Responsible for the advertising and marketing communications across all media platforms and sites.
• Developing brand and product campaign/events, presentation
• Develop campaign proposals, content creation/marketing collaterals and internal & external events’ itinerary
• Assisting the Sales team in planning events from beginning to end according to the requirements, target audience and objectives
• Assist to reach out and find new leads or source of business
• Act as a point of contact for all clients to provide professional and friendly service
• Monitor performance and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts & record findings
• Training of Sales Team and clients for product Awareness and Align Marketing strategy
• Manage Public Relations of brand and company
• Ensure marketing collateral adhere to brand guidelines

Requirements

• Min Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Branding/Comms or related course of studies
• Possessed a Class 3 license & own a vehicle will be an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office & Social Media Channels
• Have a flair for writing/design
• Proficiency in web, graphic design and photography
• Must have Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Good aesthetic judgement
• Budget sensitivity
• Initiative, meticulous, Great team player or leader
• Good organization and planning skills
• Resourceful, flexible and responsive in dealing with people
• Photography & Videography Skills
• Ability to work under pressure, short deadlines, must be able to work outside working hours if require during events

Roles & Responsibilities

To handle all Work Permit-related matters ie application/renewal/cancellation/replacement of Work Permit etc

To handle workers’ matters ie training arrangements, preparing contracts, home leave arrangements, dormitory administration, worker insurance, petty cash submission, etc

To liaise with government authority ie MOM about worker matters

Strong communication competency

Strong problem-solving skill

Basic knowledge of accounting

Other ad-hoc admin duties

Prepare management reports and monthly reporting

Liaise with a tax agent, auditor, and company secretary

Assist in group reporting and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

· Responsible for assistance in maintaining full set of accounts;

· To calculate all worker’s salary and prepare the pay slip;

· To assist for submission of procurement management when instructed to;

· To assist in Human Resources tasks when instructed to;

· Monitor the aging of receivables and follow-up on collections;

· Perform monthly reconciliation of vendor statements of accounts and ensure payments are processed timely;

· Prepares and monitor forecast when instructed;

· Input invoices into accounting system, handle payment to suppliers, maintain petty cash;

· Other accounts and administrative related works as instructed;

· Build and maintain positive relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, all Contractors, suppliers and any other relevant personnel;

· Maintains an organised workplace;

· To work as part of a team;

· Administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, answering of phone calls, filling & documentation, etc.;

· To ensure you maintain a clean and safe workplace;

· To undertake any other such tasks as may be assigned from time to time by your immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handle work permit application (new & renewal)
• Purchase of security bond
• Arrange medical check-up for staff and workers
• Arrange primary care plan for all workers in dormitory wef 01.04.2022
• Handle work pass applications (new & renewal)
• Arrange entry permit for new workers
• Assist in handling payroll related matters (Salary/OT/CPF/IR8A/IR21/Levy)
• Handle company insurance & claims (WICA/H&S/IAL/Fire)
• Arrange insurance cover notes for jobs
• Handle dormitory related matters – tenancy agreements/check-in & out
• Handle government paid leaves – childcare / NS man pay / maternity
• Handle levy waivers
• Handle travel and hotel arrangements
• Assist in Company events
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration
• At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in construction or manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act and CPF Act
• Effectively bilingual (English / Mandarin) and possess excellent communication skills in both spoken and written to liaise with Mandarin speaking employees
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Familiar with Infotech
• Able to start work immediately will be advantageous
