4. Plan daily work to optimize utilization of tools, equipment, materials and labour.

5. Assist the QC Inspector to perform "In-Process QC Checking"

6. Ensure the workmanship is of acceptable quality.

7. Monitor progress and ensure that all works are carried out according to planned schedule.

8. Monitor and report work progress & any problems encountered to the Assistant Operations Manager/Production Engineer.

9. Monitor the material inventory list and record material usage & movement.

10. Check and ensure that sufficient materials are provided for fabrication works.

11. Assist the Operations Manager/Production Engineer to train production workers so that they are capable to perform assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.

12. Assist the Planner to perform material take-off for procurement and prepare/produce cutting plans for plate sections.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Manage Cleaning Services

• Coordinate with supervisor and client to ensure quality service delivery (compiling, analysing, develpment and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery)
• Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during claning operation
• Review daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
• preparing periodic schedules and all other documentations and ensure all periodic schedule has been enforced and followed up accordingly.
• Covering of manpower if needed (required you to do hands-on cleaning)
• Recruiting of manpower for projects
• Resolving all matters/ incidents on site
• Attend monthly client meeting on Site and conduct Weekly Cleaning Teams Toolbox meeting

Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule

• Stocktake and allocating of equipment and supplies to project sites
• Identify and recommend suitable equipment and /or technologies to improve cleaning operations
• Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment

Manage cleaning teams

• Facilitating in planning of work schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work processes and capability development of staff

Job Requirement

• Preferably with 2 years experience in related field
• Team player, good problem-solving and decision making skills
• Execellent communication skills and customer oriented
• Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
• Organised, responsive, resourceful and IT Savvy
• 6 days work week
• Class 3 Driving License
