About The Role

As a Procurement Executive / Senior Executive in ALPS, you will be based in one of the 27 public healthcare institutions (PHI) in Singapore, you will be responsible for the Procurement and Contract Management services within the PHI. Working in a team, you will provide proactive planning and value add to the procurement category you are in-charge of. The position

Global Capital Markets is dedicated to the administration of loans, project finance, securitization, escrow, covered bonds, property trusts and REITs. We provide corporate trustee and agency as well as SPV administration services to the international capital markets in the capacity of trustee, security agent, paying agent, escrow agent, facility agent and corporate services provider.

In general, we are responsible for managing orphan SPVs, escrows, bonds, loans as well as restructuring of distressed debt. We interact closely with capital providers (funds, banks, family offices etc), lawyers and financial advisers and review and agree documentation.
