• Be the Brand custodian of PSB Academy and its partners / joint ventures locally and regionally.
• Lead the execution of local and regional communications strategies and Public Relations efforts to grow media share of voice in both traditional and new media.
• Build and manage media relationships with key news media as relevant influencers/KOLs.
• Work with and manage relationships with Public Relations agency and other vendors/partners to ensure positive outcomes aligned to communications objectives.
• Review all communications (visuals and copies) to ensure content compliance and accuracy.
• Own and update Brand Guide and ensure compliance to all marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute corporate communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-manage social media content and content calendar, including coordination with other key stakeholders of social media assets.
• Stay up to date with the latest Public Relations and social media best practices and technologies.
• Manage social listening, provide timely response and course of action where necessary.
• Assist in maintaining and updating contents on Website and other owned assets where applicable/appropriate.
• Update and implement work processes and policies in Marketing and Corporate Communications.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties within Marketing such as support for events.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Public Relations and Journalism or relevant field
• At least 5 years of related Brand, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media and Content Management experience
• Creative thinking and curiosity to push new angles
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop and AI is advantageous.
• Experience with tools such HubSpot and any social listening tools is advantageous.
• Able to multitask with good time and projectmanagement skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Experience in the Education/Service industry or Public Relations/Digital Agency is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, design, and create marketing and events materials both digitally and in print
• Develop and maintain websites, social media, and other online activities

• Track and analyse “Return of Investment” (ROI) on publicity initiatives
• Prepare, design, and create resources for printing (e.g., Learning Resources, Brochures)
• Develop, implement, and optimise digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
• Analyse and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI and engagement.
• Create and manage content calendars for digital platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma (desirable in design/ visual communication/ media
• Experienced in Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere PRO, Wordpress web content management, Email Marketing, Analytics tools (Google analytics, Meta Business Suite)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
