Key Roles & Responsibilities

The Snr Executive / Asst Manager will support the Vice President (Systems and Quality Assurance) in implementing and managing the QA framework, School Management Model Knowledge Repository, compliance and data protection across the organisation.

Framework & SMM Knowledge Repository

1. Assist in the development, management, and implementation of the framework across schools.

2. Support the Vice President in monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the effectiveness of the framework and the knowledge repository.

3. Coordinate with school leaders and staff to ensure effective adoption and implementation of standardised policies and procedures.

4. Maintain documentation of all policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible in the knowledge repository.

5. Assist in organising professional learning sessions for school leaders on the framework and SMM Knowledge Repository.

Compliance & Support

1. Support the Vice President in serving as an internal assessor for schools preparing for certification.

2. Assist in reviewing documents.

3. Coordinate and manage documentation and evidence gathering for the certification renewal exercise.

Data Protection Compliance

1. Assist in the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.

2. Support in conducting data protection risk assessments and audits across all schools.

3. Monitor compliance with data protection laws and regulations and report findings

4. Coordinate data protection training and awareness programmes for staff.

5. Maintain comprehensive records of data processing activities and assist in the preparation of reports on data protection compliance.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align programs and projects with business goals.

- Ensure smooth implementation of loyalty initiatives across customer journeys and touchpoints.

- Manage and grow loyalty programs to deliver value to customers and the business.

- Develop marketing and communication plans aligned with customer segments and business goals.

- Oversee vendor, project, and campaign management for loyalty initiatives.

- Use market research and data insights to identify customer engagement opportunities.

- Design and execute plans to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and incremental value.

- Establish and manage partnerships to strengthen the loyalty program.

- Negotiate and manage agreements with platform and technology partners.

- Present project updates and milestones to internal stakeholders.

- Coordinate with ICT teams for security reviews, timelines, and product launches.

- Conduct UAT and other required tests for new program releases with vendors.

- Provide training for internal product users (e.g., concierge managers, marketing teams).

- Manage and forecast budgets for loyalty programs.
