About the Role

• Profit Maximization: Assist in developing action plans to maximize profits.

• Airline Relations: Maintain relationships with airlines and follow up on the status of AOG contracts.
• Event and Trade Sales: Handle AOG calls, event sales and operations, and manage trade/FIT/group lounge bookings.
• Local Contracts: Source and maintain existing local contracts, ensuring regular follow-up.
• Flight and Passenger Movement Monitoring: Monitor flight and passenger movements across SIN airports.
• Additional Duties: Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors and management as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting KPIs.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

This position encompasses the following responsibilities:

Business Management Support

• Identify and track inputs and needs of Creative Director, and follow up with concerned parties to attain inputs, and accomplish required tasks.
• Act as point of contact between the Creative Director, team leads and employees.
• Check and respond to incoming outlook emails daily, and alert respective Co-Founder when their input or response is required.
• Schedule meetings for the Creative Director and ensure meetings are professionally conducted.
• Work with administrative team to ensure smooth daily operations of TrueWorld Studios.
• Ensure Creative Director receives reports from operating team on time.
• Ensure business continuity and information flow between the Co-Founders, Creative Directors, operating team, and external stakeholders.

Security and Knowledge Management of Documents

• Ensure all physical and digital documents (legal/ administrative) are well maintained and securely filed.
• Ensure maintenance of company records and official paperwork of the Creative Director.
• Assist Creative Director in performing form submissions to government bodies, bank institutions and game show organisers.

Administrative Support

• Manage Creative Director's calendar (setting up/ accepting meetings and reminders).
• Make travel and accomodation arrangements for the company where required.
• Make appointments for third-party contractors and services.
• Record minutes during meetings.

Profile of Candidate:

• Candidate must possess at least a Polytechnic Diploma, A', O' Level Certification or equivalent.
• Able to multi-task and have excellent organisational skills.
• Able to respond to stakeholders and external parties in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Fluent in English.

Job Description:

• Assist Accountant on month end closing, ensure accuracy and timely closure of montly account.
• Perform day to day accounts payable function such as process all invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
• Ensure accurate data entry into ERP system with necessary supporting documents.
• Attend to queries on invoices and payments as required.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Reconciliation and Journal Voucher preparation.
• Process vendor payments and staff claims, check and ensure payments are accurate, correctly posted and authorized with necessary supporting documents.
• Preparation and checking of petty cash replenishments.
• Responsible of Quarterly GST filing.
• Assist in year-end audit and preparation of audit and tax schedules.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Possess at least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable and responsible, shows attention to detail
• At least 2 years relevant experience in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
