Reports to the Centre Manager with specific responsibilities for the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to the maintenance, security and management of the Building.

Responsibilities:

• General administration of all building works/service contracts, carpark management, security and fire protection system.

Day to Day

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team on a 6-month contract. The primary focus of this role is to support the company’s sales transactions by providing expert legal advice, managing contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
