Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource or related field
• 2-4 years of payroll/claims processing experience (For Executive level)
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience (For Asst Team Lead level)
• Knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, and tax laws
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Workday or similar HRIS/payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clients’ post-sales activities and cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing an elite client experience
• Maintain professional and effective working relationships with newly onboarded clients and accurately assess the risks in the relationships and their development
• Assist clients with the setting up of their accounts with the Company, leading up to their first transaction
• Manage clients’ inquiries and resolve queries or issues promptly after their onboarding
• Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by maintaining close communication and engagement with the clients

Requirements:

Job Summary:

As an F&B Executive at White Knight Group, you will ensure exceptional service and smooth operation of our outlets. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
   • Manage outlet costs, handle HQ requirements, and support the Operations Manager.
   • Oversee recruitment and development of operational staff.
2. Customer Service:
   • Greet customers, handle queries, and upsell food and beverages.
   • Take orders, process payments, and manage transactions via POS.
3. Food & Beverage Preparation:
   • Prepare and serve food and beverages.
   • Maintain and replenish food ingredients and condiments.
4. Maintenance & Cleaning:
   • Clear tables, handle washing duties, and clean work areas.
   • Perform opening and closing tasks, including POS closure and waste disposal.
5. Stock Management:

Duties and Responsibilities

• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• General administrative support as required by members of Transport Dept. and management
• Liaise with customers or vendors related to procurement and administrative requirements
• Monitor vessel schedule vis PSA Portnet and Jurong port system.
• Declare permit via Trade web Live(permits)
• Manage customer orders and transportation requests within the TMS, ensuring accurate input and timely processing. Manage and address customer queries that are routed by TMS systems
• Retrieve and analyze data from TMS system and or other internal systems to address customer requests
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups, deliveries, and transit times in accordance with customer requirements via the TMS.
• Monitor delivery status and information in real-time, providing updates to customers and stakeholders as needed via the TMS.
• Generate and analyze reports from the TMS to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery, customer volume metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
• Serve as the primary user and administrator of the TMS for managing customer orders and deliveries
• Prepare documentation for lifting operation perform in Port facilities.
• Prepare documentation for cargoes clearance from Keppel distripark,Jurong port.
• Prepare and submit police escort application for Out of Gauge (OOG) Cargoes.
• Perform general administrative duties eg, Invoicing, Filing, mailing, faxing and photocopying

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels
• 1 year administrative experience. (Preferred in logistics industry)

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiar with PSA Portnet, Jurong Port system and trade Web Live
