Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Load products onto delivery truck and deliver orders to customers based on delivery schedule.

2. Unload products from delivery truck as per customer’s requirements

3. Handle documentation like opening invoices, simple calculations and billing to customer

4. Handle cash payment, sales orders from customers and assist in gathering feedback from customers.

5. Provide good customer service by fulfilling delivery schedule and orders

6. Inspect, maintain and upkeep vehicle in good working condition through regular servicing and cleaning of vehicle

· Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop warehouse operations systems by determining stocks handling and storage requirements in FIFO, equipment utilization and logistic.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor space productivity.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency.
• Analyse productivity and develop actionable plans to ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency on warehouse stocks management and customer satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
• Oversee and manage daily logistics for transporting products to customers, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of goods
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Take charge on imports, trucking, unstuffing and inspection by SFA
• Review workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, action plans on warehouse safety SOP and stocks security.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistic Management
• 5 years in Warehouse Management with WMS Knowledge
