We are looking for a Fundraising Senior Executive to assist in fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships for the Home. This position will report to the Assistant Manager of Corporate Affairs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan and execute fundraising initiatives
• Develop and craft impactful fundraising communication materials such as appeal letters, direct mailers and social media campaigns
• Build and strengthen relations with existing portfolio of donors and volunteers, as well as reach out to prospective donors and corporate partners
• Organise annual key fundraising events such as Flag Day, Recognition Night
• Provide support for fundraising-related content for in-house and external publications (e.g. article contributions covering fundraising events)
• Provide secretariat support for sub-committee and project committee meetings
• Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned
• Required to work on some weekends, after office hours and public holidays to support organisation’s events

Requirements

• A recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience in fundraising
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player
• Experience in digital marketing and email marketing will be advantageous

The HR Executive Role

• Manage company’s social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling of content to enhance brand awareness for companies within Car Choice group Group
