Job Description

• Assist and report to Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform dispatch duties which include sending equipment / parts for repair to designated vendors / service centres / manufacturers and Check and ensure that the repair equipment / parts are correct before collection.
• Prepare equipment according to the packing list and requirements as advised by the manager.
• Assist in receiving and sending equpiment to projects which include loading / unloading trucks, packing/unpacking of equipment, verifying and acknowledging delivery orders, preparation of delivery orders / packing list and other essential paperwork.
• Receiving of goods and preparation of paperwork according to Company’s procedures.
• Checking equipment returned from projects to ensure that equipment return matches the packing list of NEP Singapore.
• Maintenance and Housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Assist warehouse on stocks tagging (barcode)
• Data entry for printing of barcode
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and take responsibility to keep the workplace safe and organized.
• Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• At least ITE Nitec Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or related-field.
• At least 2 year of working experience in Warehouse/Logistics/Supply Chain

• Proficient in using computer softwares, e.g. Microsoft Office and Inventory Management System

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The candidate will be work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to ensure that our customers have improved on shelf availability, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to help guide decision making. • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably ITIL v4 Foundation certified
• Field experience in Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SharePoint, Power Apps, Admin Center
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange and SCCM
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
• Powershell and Windows scripting is an added advantage
• Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders and vendors
