The essential responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic legal counsel and advice to Management and business units on various legal and compliance matters, including insurance law, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, data protection and litigation matters.

Formal Education & Certification

• BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree
• At least 5 -8 years of PQE

Knowledge & Experience

• Min 5-8 years of related legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment
• Deep knowledge and understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and compliance frameworks in Singapore
• Strong business partnering and collaborator management skills and a curiosity about understanding the overall business
