• Prepare and conduct sensory evaluations of finished goods samples.
• Assist with raw material batching and pre-weighing verification checks, promptly notifying the Superior/Manager of any non-compliance.
• Support the submission of daily Quality Control (QC) reports to management, ensuring all information is accurate.
• Ensure that operators and the operation flow meet food safety standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Conduct in-house swabbing tests on equipment, hands, and packaging materials.
• Monitor and report any pest activity to maintain hygiene standards in the warehouse and production areas.
• Manage pest control measures effectively.
• Responsible for drawing samples of raw materials.
• Assist in production checks to confirm correct raw material usage, appropriate packaging, accurate stenciling information, and that changeovers/flush outs are completed as required.
• Support the collection of finished goods samples, ensuring the correct samples are obtained during production.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Superior/Manager.
