Our client is a Global Transportation MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Cargo Operations Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full logistics process for project shipments, ensuring all documentation is in order.
• Ensure the timely and accurate transportation of goods from origin to destination.
• Prepare and handle all required shipping documentation, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with various parties (e.g. carriers, shipping lines, other service providers) to ensure smooth and safe transport of shipments.
• Track the progress of shipments and provide real-time updates to clients.
• Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in logistics / supply chain studies or equivalent
• Min 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office would be advantages.
• Good understanding of transportation regulations would be advantages.
