The Associate – Sales Support will work closely with distributors, managing administrative processes and providing support for all orders, account statuses, and customer service tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Document Handling: Manage daily customer transactions, including issuing Purchase Orders (POs), Invoices, and generating Daily Sales Reports.
• Finance Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team for customs clearance, tax payments, and ensure timely monthly closing in the system.
• Logistics Coordination: Confirm product availability with customers and coordinate with the SCM team and warehouse for logistics and other sales-related issues.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face, phone, and email communication, ensuring prompt response to inquiries.
• Sales Support: Assist sales team with service tasks, stock availability, product details, pricing, and other responsibilities as needed.
