• Ensure that the facilities team is in compliance with workplace safety standards

About this role:

Isovalent is seeking Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue for its game changing Cilium Enterprise solution. This is a quota-carrying hunter sales role targeting enterprises looking for next generation networking, observability and security for their microservices and cloud-native applications. Demand for our offering has skyrocketed over the past 12 months as customers realize that legacy tools simply don’t cut it in the new stack. Kubernetes and containers require purpose-built solutions designed for the cloud. Cilium is already the technology of choice for leading brands such as Google, Adobe, Capital One, Gitlab, Datadog, and many more, and we are just getting started.

A typical day:

● Define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory

● Forecast, meet, and exceed quota

● Through a combination of inbound and outbound leads, develop and manage a high-velocity, ARR funnel

● Collaborate on and improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering

● Convey Isovalent key value drivers and differentiators to prospects and customers

● Understand the competitive market, being familiar with competing companies and their offerings

Your Expertise:

● 3–5 years of IT sales experience

● Alignment with Isovalent’s open source values

● Domain experience with one or more of the following required: Compute platforms (Kubernetes, VMware, Pivotal, Openstack, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Monitoring software, Data Center Security

● Strong track record consistently overachieving sales targets

Job Description:

As an HR Cum Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our Human Resources and Finance departments. You will be responsible for managing HR functions and handling accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, data entry, and reconciling accounts.
• Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Process payments and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Support in tax filing and audits as needed.

Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain employee records, including attendance, personal data, and performance reviews.
• Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies and benefits.
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in organizing training, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisals.

Responsibilities:

• Mainly involved in credit control matters; accounts receivables & accounts payables (AR/AP).
• Follow up with the collection of non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
• Liaise with customers on statements of accounts and invoices, issue dunning letter accordingly.
• Ensure prompt updating of receipts from customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities.
• Timely month-end closing for accounts receivable function.
• Assist in annual audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• 2 years of work experience in accounting/finance, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment but not a MUST HAVE.
• Analytical Skills and knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecast.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

· It is the responsibility of this role to oversee all aspects of product marketing using a variety of tools. This includes maintaining and enhancing current marketing tools utilized by the Company, such as the website and CRM systems. Additionally, the individual in this role will be responsible for creating daily and monthly Company write-ups for newsletters and other marketing materials. Market research will also be essential in order Gain market insights and business intelligence

· Develop and implement relevant marketing strategy and action plan to promote the company’s product and services

· Implement strategies in an effective and timely manner to achieve results

· Conduct review of strategies and results

· Responsible to extend Company brand awareness; product marketing; public relations; launch of new products; project manage participation in exhibitions and/or conferences and other industry events

· Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, email, and print

· Update and maintain company website

· Conduct market research; publish monthly newsletter

· Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize results

· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities and outcomes

· Requirements:

· Diploma or Bachelor in Business Studies or Marketing

· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience with business marketing or business development
