Responsibilities:

• Manage customers’ orders with timely deliveries and shipment arrangements
• Act as a key interface for all customers’ orders and logistics enquiries.
• Point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries
• Ensure prompt shipments/ deliveries and ability to resolve issues when conflict arises.
• Knowledge of local and overseas regulations with proper documentation.

• Perform Good Receive, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract etc.., liaise with forwarders on custom documents, etc.
• Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders and follow-up on shipment schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance, and management of inventory control.
• Escalation of orders with our purchasers to fulfil customers’ requests.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
