• Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.
• Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.
• Work Pass administrations and other HR duties as assigned.
• Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
• Oversee recruitment process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews, working with external agencies.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years relevant working experience in commercial vehicle workshop and vehicle accident claim would be an advantage
• Knowledge in Xero would be an advantage
