Job Responsibilities​

• Generate Sales in the Building façade maintenance and general building maintenance sector including A & A façade related projects
• Sourcing of profitable projects involving Façade Cleaning, Resealant works for the entire building, glass replacement works for completed buildings and ongoing construction works.

Job Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in Business Development in any field.
• Training will be provided for facade industry business development.
• Candidates that have experience in securing building facade maintenance projects will have an added advantage.
• Candidates that possess a valid Class 3 license and own their own car will have an added advantage.

Note

• Travel allowance will be provided apart from basic salary.
• You will also be included in a sales commission scheme , where you can earn from SGD 2k - 10k Per Month on top of basic salary.

• Working Location: Orchard | Novena
• Working Hours: 5.5 days | Mon - Fri 8:30am - 6:30pm | Sat: 8:30am - 1pm
• Salary (Commensurate with experience): Basic + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Attend to public enquiries of services available
• Liaise with relevant departments to address patients’ feedback and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner
• Evaluate feedback forms and work with various stakeholders to identify potential service gaps and feedback that require intervention
• Ensure Feedback forms’ data are entered promptly and accurately into the database, and coordinate family conference where necessary
• Provide administrative support to the department, including minutes writing, preparing presentation materials, and collating and analysing of data

Requirements:

• Atleast 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or customer service environment will be an added advantage
• Possess good organizational skills, strong sense of responsibility and the ability to manage complaints, enquiries and feedback
• Knowledge in statistics and data management would be an advantage

Job Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in HR software (Opensoft) would be an added advantage

• Basic salary up to S$3,500 per month + Completion Bonus (1 Month)
• Walkable from City Hall MRT Station
• 5-day work week: Mondays to Fridays, 10.00am – 7.00pm
