You will be a valued member of our Corporate Sales team, being a crucial point-of-contact for the team with our corporate customers in the Global market. This role requires strong interpersonal, strategic, and analysis skills, allowing our brand to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients while delivering world-class service to match the product.
Our Corporate Sales team represents our brand to all corporate clients as Secretlab continues to grow its reach through internal and collaborative efforts with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Management and Revenue Generation [80%]
- End-to-End Sales: Own and drive the end-to-end sales process, from the preparation and delivery of pitches, to negotiations and closing of corporate deals.
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct strategic lead generation to identify new potential clients that can contribute to the pipeline
- Inbound Sales: Manage and actively close all inbound leads as the main point-of-contact in selected territories.
- Pipeline & Client Management: Own and maintain your own pipeline while acting as the key account manager for all leads under your charge, where you will actively build and maintain relationships during and after the sales process.
- Cross-Functional Collaborations: Collaborate with internal subdivisions and cross-functional units to ensure the smooth execution and fulfillment of orders.
2. Strategic Business Development & Project Management [20%]
- Growth Hacking & Strategic Development: Identification of new sales opportunities, along with the development and implementation of business development strategies that can help scale the business unit sustainably.
- Others: Perform any other ad hoc activities to support the Corporate Sales team and/or generate sales
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Business or a relevant field. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or account management.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably with experience in the home & living industry.
- Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation with the ability to cold call/email.
- Self-driven and able to operate independently with initiative to achieve business goals and targets.
- Well organized, and able to manage tasks with a problem-solving mindset
- Proven ability in building rapport and establish robust relationships with corporate customers and internal stakeholders
- Organized and analytical work approach, while maintaining adaptability to rapidly evolving business landscapes
