Position- Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

· To assist the Sales Manager in the on-going improvement of work flow processes

· To liaise with Operation Team on fulfillment of Sales Orders

Sales

· Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs base on product offerings

· Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective customers

· Compiling and analyzing data to provide product feedback to R&D team

· Propose bi-weekly promotion details to Sales Manager

· Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects

· Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met

· Maintaining and update current customer database

· Provide monthly sales report and progress during Team Sales Meeting

· Oversee E-commerce platform product offerings

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in business administration, management, or related field. Bachelor’s degree in Business would be preferred

· Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills

· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office

· Able to go extra mile to liaise with operation team for project fulfillment

· Have an interest in sports and good knowledge of local sporting scene

· Familiarity with nature of B2B business sales would be a bonus

· Able to have an open mindset

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Warm welcoming and bidding farewell of guests arriving and leaving the restaurant.
• Leading guests to their table with a warm engagement
• Assist to take in and manage reservations via phone, walk-in, email and websites.

• Manage seating arrangements prior to meal period begins.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with proven track records
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using Autocad
• To do colour scheme confirmation
• To tick off quantity of layouts
• Placing order for projects
• Prepare handover material/checklist for handover
• Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule
• Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors
• Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing
• Attend site and coordination meeting

B2B Telemarketing Executive (Fully Remote)

As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and promoting our products or services over the phone. This is a fully remote role where you will engage with prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings. Your goal will be to qualify leads, schedule appointments, and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers following provided scripts and guidelines.
2. Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
3. Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing accurately and persuasively.
4. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to nurture leads.
