Job Description

• Lead and mentor team members to develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, increase revenue and expand market share in both existing and new markets
• Work closely with team to enhance their proficiency and product knowledge, enabling them to sell effectively to our distributors and retailers
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

• Min Degree in Business, Sales, Logistics & Supply Chain or any relevant field of study
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or business development role or equivalent
• Possess leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, experience in managing budgets and forecasting sales targets
• Possess driving license class 3/3A
• Able to travel overseas for business trips when required
• Open to work in warehouse when required
• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events

• Evaluate audit data to pinpoint performance discrepancies, observe trends, and assess process efficiency for ongoing enhancement.
• Work alongside departments to grasp relevant frameworks, organizational policies, and procedures, and suggest modifications.
• Discover opportunities for refining audit and/ or assessment processes.
• Other tasks as necessary.
