- Minimum Diploma in Maritime or a related educational qualification.

The Post Fixture Executive reports to the Operations Manager.

- Organise and managed work schedules for frontline promoters/retail staff, ensuring optimal coverage and operation efficiency.

- Supervised all aspects of the outlet operations to maintain seamless retail environment.

- Coordinate with Human Resource department in calculation of the promoters’ timesheet.

Job Description:

• Undertake the role of a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders on technical issues, e.g. specification, drawing and costing.
• Plan and manage the sourcing and selection of suppliers for procurement of products/materials. This will involve an initial supplier survey, qualification and risk assessment of new suppliers.
• Proper storage and filing of information gathered into central database.
• Perform tender compliance by working closely with vendors and extracting information from central database.
• Attend sales kick-off meetings and ensure that materials are procured accurately according to the customer’s requirements.
• Issuance of purchase ordersinvoices and verify supplier invoice for payment.
• Conducting pre-delivery inspections once production is completed.
• Proper handover to logistics department to execute delivery in a timely manner.
