• Prepare regular and update reports for management.
• Identify and assess risks that could impact project success, implementing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Seek internal approval or confirmation for critical decisions in existing projects, including but not limited to budget changes, new investments or divestments, appointment of key service providers, and amendments to shareholder agreements.
• Monitor the capital injection and distribution schedule for projects, coordinating with the internal accounting and finance teams to ensure timely communication.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the marketing manager in the following:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the restaurant’s offerings, seasonal events, and new menu launches.

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing follower engagement.

• Plan and coordinate promotional activities, including restaurant openings, anniversaries, special occasions, and collaborations.

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and insights to improve future campaigns.

• Work closely with operations and relevant departments to ensure cohesive communication of promotions and restaurant news.

• Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, including flyers, posters, and online advertisements.

• Identify trends in the F&B industry and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies.

• Build relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance restaurant exposure.

• Manage the restaurant’s customer database and execute email marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant leases, ensuring all documentation is completed and maintained accurately.
• Act as the point of contact for tenants, addressing lease-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist the leasing department in reviewing documentation to ensure it aligns with the company’s best interests.
• Monitor tenant adherence to leasing terms and ensure compliance with agreed-upon conditions.
• Disseminate electronic communications, such as circulars, to tenants on operational matters.
• Record and maintain tenant sales data, updating the database as required.
• Manage and update the tenancy database for real-time accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as required by the company.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Property/Estate Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or candidates with at least 1 year of administrative experience welcomed to try.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in handling of general admin and accounts activities.
• Assist in time sheet checking of staffs to liaise with HR team in HQ.
• Assist in managing of time attendance and leave records.
