Key Responsibilities:

• Administer core system like Active Directory Services, Data Centre and server storage
• Manage communication tools like video conferencing, audio systems and telephony
• Configure and maintain network devices such as firewalls, routers, VPN and etc
• Ensure systems are backed up automatically and create disaster recovery plans
• Monitor system resources (CPU, storage) and apply patches
• Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met
• Write and update user guides and administration manuals
• Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas (via LAN/WAN)
• Provide L1/L2 support in IT projects
• Other IT related duties

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT or Computer Science, or equivalent
• Familiar with internet architecture designs (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall)
• Preferably with experience of Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux
• Familiar with devices like Alcatel PABX, FortiGate Devices, Cisco and Unifi Wireless AP Controller would be advantageous
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking overseas counterparts

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the overall program and how each business unit interacts, while exploring business opportunities within each unit.
• Develop strategies to enhance operational performance, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Support Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) and ad hoc projects focused on workplace safety, automation, process elimination, Kaizen bursts, value stream mapping, quality improvements, and productivity gains.

• Ensure ongoing evaluation and improvement of operational practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Operations
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.
• Extensive hands-on experience with LEAN, 6S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, VSM, and Kaizen, with proven examples of how Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) have delivered measurable and sustainable results.
