As an Accounting Compliance Reporting Manager, you’ll will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and submission of Singapore statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and managing the audit process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Skills and attributes for success

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements in accordance with local IFRS.
• Manage the year-end audit process, including liaising with external auditors.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Managing financials of portfolio of clients e.g. review debtors and WIP lists and take appropriate
• Involving actively in business development and coordinating with the partner to carry out marketing plans for the department
• Formulating and reviewing existing work processes and policies. Identify and recommend improvements in line with current business and regulatory practices.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A degree in finance or accounting; a CPA or similar certification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on statutory reporting.
• Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of local IFRS, and other relevant accounting standards.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Excel essential) and good knowledge of MS Word and accounting software

Ideally, you also have

• Experience and knowledge of tax compliance and ERP systems

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for meeting sales and operation targets, primarily in wafer fabrication industry.
• Responsible for managing sales, inventory control and account receivables.
• Accountable for the promotion of new products to the semi-conductor industry.
• Promote products through presentations to customers and participation in trade shows.
• Generate quotations and sales report.
• Compile product data sheet and certificate of analysis to customers.
• Daily liaison with principal, including identifying new principals.

Salary:

• Up to $4,000 + $600 Transport Allowance + AWS + VB

Working hours:

• Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5:30pm

Location:

• Loyang

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or Diploma with at least 3 years working experience.
• At least 2 years sale or service experience in wafer fabrication industry.
• Applicants with more than 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior/management position.
• Experience in Etch equipment process is preferred.
• Possession of own transportation is preferred.
• Team player.
